Welcome to our community website! Our neighborhood is filled with an overwhelming feeling of community, excitement, fun, and friends.

 

Bradstone is a family oriented neighborhood comprised of 134 single family residences.  Bradstone is a covenant controlled community conveniently located in Gwinnett County.  Our neighborhood has two entrances.  There is a greenspace circle as you enter Bradstone off Bremerton Drive and E. Fork Shady Drive.  The main entrance is off Burns Road and Bradstone Way.  

 

Excellent schools service Bradstone beginning with the Minor Elementary School, Berkmar Middle School and Berkmar High School.

 

The community location provides easy access to schools, shopping, entertainment and the Gwinnett Center Arena.  Community pride of ownership adds value in numerous ways, one of which increases home values.

 

Bradstone's Architectural Control Committee oversees the updates to design of all homes in our community.  The Architectural Control Committee consists of volunteer residents.  If interested in participating on this and other committees see how to volunteer under HOA.
